  • Coach Will

    Owner/MMA/Fitness Coach

I grew up in Hawaii, where fighting is more than a sport—it’s a part of the culture, a way of life. It’s how you protect your family, earn respect, and carve out your identity in a place where toughness isn’t just admired—it’s expected. From an early age, I learned that discipline, respect, and resilience weren’t just traits to develop—they were non-negotiable if you wanted to stand tall and be taken seriously.

I found my path through martial arts and boxing at a young age. What started as a way to channel energy and survive my environment quickly became a passion and, ultimately, a purpose. I was fortunate to train under the guidance of UFC Hall of Famer BJ “The Prodigy” Penn, a legend whose work ethic, toughness, and fearlessness shaped not just my skills, but my mindset. Under BJ’s mentorship, I learned how to grind when no one’s watching, how to keep showing up after losses, and how to lead with humility no matter how high you climb.

I’ve trained in the trenches, competed at a high level, and battled through injuries, setbacks, and self-doubt. Every comeback made me stronger—and that experience shapes my coaching. I specialize in striking, grappling, ground fighting, and strength & conditioning, but the real work goes beyond technique. I train people to be mentally tough, focused, and relentless—in and out of the gym.

Whether you’re starting fresh, rebuilding, or chasing a competitive edge, I coach with intensity, integrity, and zero excuses. No gimmicks, no shortcuts—just real work and real results. You’ll earn every gain and walk away stronger, more confident, and ready for anything.

If you’re ready to show up for yourself, I’ll meet you with everything I’ve got.

  • Scott Jorgensen

    MMA/Fitness Coach

I’m Scott “Young Guns” Jorgensen, a retired professional mixed martial artist who competed at the highest levels from 2006 to 2016, including in the UFC, WEC, and ShoXC. Born in Utah and raised in Alaska and Idaho, I began wrestling at the age of five, which laid the foundation for my fighting career. I went on to become a two-time state wrestling champion in high school and a three-time Pac-10 champion while wrestling at Boise State University. I also earned bachelor’s degree in psychology, giving me a deep understanding of athletic performance, body mechanics, and mental resilience.

Throughout my career, I faced some of the toughest fighters in the Bantamweight and Flyweight divisions, earning multiple “Fight of the Night” and “Submission of the Night” honors. One of my proudest moments was challenging Dominick Cruz for the WEC Bantamweight title at the promotion’s final event before merging with the UFC. Along the way, I openly embraced living with vitiligo, showing that challenges outside the cage don’t define your limits inside it.

In 2007, I co-founded SBG Idaho, where I helped build a thriving MMA and fitness community until stepping away from ownership in 2019. Now retired from competition, I continue my passion for the sport as a coach, specializing in MMA performance training, wrestling development, and fight strategy. I’m committed to helping the next generation of fighters and athletes develop the discipline, grit, and skillset necessary to succeed—both inside and outside the cage.

  • Brielle Sterns

    Fitness Coach

I’m a former two-sport collegiate athlete, having competed in both volleyball and track at New Mexico State University before finishing my athletic career at Texas Tech University. Competing at the Division I level taught me discipline, resilience, and the importance of intentional training—lessons I now bring into every session with my clients. With years of firsthand experience in high-level athletics, I specialize in developing programs for athletes who want to improve their strength, speed, agility, and vertical performance.

My approach to training is rooted in evidence-based techniques and tailored to each individual’s goals, whether you're preparing for competition or simply aiming to move better and feel stronger. In addition to sports-specific performance training, I’m deeply passionate about helping people of all backgrounds and fitness levels transform their lives. That could mean improving overall fitness, increasing strength, building confidence, or creating a sustainable and healthy lifestyle.

As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, I combine professional education with lived athletic experience to deliver effective, supportive, and challenging training sessions. My coaching style emphasizes proper technique, accountability, and long-term progress—not just quick fixes.

Whether you’re an athlete striving for peak performance or someone taking the first step on your fitness journey, I’m here to help you move better, train smarter, and feel your best—every step of the way.

  • Micaelynn Gonzalez

    Fitness Coach

Movement has been a part of my life from a very young age. By seven, I was dancing professionally at the Polynesian Cultural Center in La’ie, Hawaii, where I not only performed but traveled and learned the value of discipline, hard work, and expression through movement.

In my early teens, I discovered strength training—a new way to challenge myself physically and mentally. That’s when I realized personal training was my true calling: helping others transform their bodies and lives through fitness.

For the past 15 years, I’ve dedicated myself to this career. As a Certified Personal Trainer, I tailor workouts to each person’s goals, making fitness enjoyable and effective—whether they’re beginners or seasoned athletes.

What drives me most is seeing clients unlock their potential and find joy in movement. I bring energy, expertise, and genuine care to every session, helping people build strength, confidence, and healthier, happier lives.
